Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: I do! you just have to choose the correct shipping method at checkout! Unfortunately I CAN NOT send mystery boxes internationally anymore because they are taking months to arrive or they disappear completely.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated have you sent the order out yet?
A: when I print the label and you get the shipping notification I drop it off at the post office within the next 48 hours, sometimes the post office fails to scan the tracking until it gets to the local post office.

Q: I have not received my item what do I do?
A: if your item has not arrived you can contact me and I will do what I can to resolve the issue at hand. I always do my best to keep the customer happy if I can! Im always down to do some problem solving we just have to talk it out.
Q: How long does it take to get my order shipped?
A: Depending on the products ordered it could be 2 days or a few weeks. (international orders can take up to a month or two depending on location)
